How to reach us
Email is the fastest way: [email protected]. A real person reads every message, and we usually reply within a few days.
Reporting a bug
The more detail, the faster the fix. If you can, include:
- What you were doing when it happened (mid-turn, joining a room, rematch, etc.)
- Your device and browser
- The room code, if you still have it
Request data deletion
To request deletion of your or your child's Bomb It data, email [email protected] with “data deletion request” in the subject. Include a recent room code and approximate time if you have them; you do not need to send a birth date. We will look for data we can identify and reply to your request.
Player names, room activity, and game state are deleted from our server when the room closes. Server security logs are kept for a short period and then deleted. The app's saved name, age group, and local stats stay on your device until you clear the app's storage. Google handles AdMob data under its own privacy policy; see our privacy policy for details.
Spam or abuse in a room
If someone is misbehaving in a specific game, please include the 6-letter room code and the approximate time it happened (with your timezone). Without those, we can't look into it.
