How to reach us
Email is the fastest way: [email protected]. A real person reads every message, and we usually reply within a few days.
Reporting a bug
The more detail, the faster the fix. If you can, include:
- What you were doing when it happened (mid-turn, joining a room, rematch, etc.)
- Your device and browser
- The room code, if you still have it
Spam or abuse in a room
If someone is misbehaving in a specific game, please include the 6-letter room code and the approximate time it happened (with your timezone). Without those, we can't look into it.
