Terms of Service
Effective July 2026. Short version: Bomb It is a free game; play nice, don't break it, and don't expect it to be more than a game.
These terms apply to everyone who plays Bomb It. By using the site you agree to them. The sections below cover what the service is, how to play fairly, what the ads fund, and what we don't warrant.
1. The service
Bomb It is a free, browser-based multiplayer party game operated by the Bomb It team (an Estonian private limited company). By playing you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't play.
2. No accounts, ephemeral rooms
There are no user accounts. Game rooms are temporary and are deleted from memory when they close. We may close rooms, restart servers, or change the game at any time — active games can be lost, and no game state is guaranteed to persist.
3. Fair play and conduct
- Don't attempt to cheat, exploit bugs for advantage, attack, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Don't use player names that are offensive, impersonating, or unlawful. Names are shown to other players in your room.
- You are responsible for who you share your room codes and links with.
4. Free service, ads
The game is free and supported by advertising (subject to your consent choices where required). We may show ads on menu and result screens. Third-party ad and analytics providers operate under their own terms and policies — see our privacy policy.
5. "As is", no warranties
Bomb It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us to play — which is zero.
6. Intellectual property
The game, its code, design and content belong to us or our licensors. Emoji are rendered by your device. You're welcome to stream, record, clip and share gameplay — that's encouraged.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the game at any time; the current version always lives at this URL. Continued play after changes means acceptance. We may suspend access for abuse.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Questions? Contact us.
